Overview
- Reviewed and assessed possible pain points in the checkout flow for the Shuttle Flights offering, which had a very high drop-off rate.
- Facilitated design reviews and participated in daily scrum meetings, sprint grooming and sprint retrospective meetings.
- Worked with the design team and other stakeholders to conceive and propose solutions for the flow
blockages, mainly through the use of flowcharts and wireframes.
- Helped implement the new Wheels Up style guide throughout our digital offerings.
- Worked closely with engineers to provide clarification when necessary and implement intended designs.
